When arranging for worldwide delivery of flowers, allow at least 2 full business days for guaranteed delivery. Many orders can be delivered next day if your order is placed with us by 1pm Pacific Time. However, next-day delivery for worldwide locations is not guaranteed.If your order is for a holiday gift, please allow more time and order in advance.
In order to insure delivery, we will call recipient by phone to set up a time for delivery and to verify the address. If the recipient can not receive flowers in person, we will arrange a location for us to leave flowers and other delivered items.

Same Day Floral Delivery Service
In order to insure delivery, we will call the recipient by phone to set up a time for delivery and verify the address. We will leave items only if recipient or sender gives permission.- We will do everything possible to accomodate a delivery time you have requested. However we can not guarantee a time of delivery.
- Same day delivery Monday through Friday is available during regular business hours 8 a.m.-5 p.m. only.
- Same day delivery by an Teleflora and Teleflora Florists is available in most areas of the U.S. and Canada on orders placed before 12pm in the recipient's time zone, Monday through Friday (earlier times may apply to some areas).
- Same day delivery on Saturday is availabe on orders placed by 10am in the recipient's time zone.
- Sunday deliveries available in some areas for orders placed by 10am. in the recipeint's time zone.
- Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not guaranteed and not avalaible in some areas. This is particularly true in the case of business delivery addresses. In such cases we will deliver on Monday.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmations are normaly available the day after delivery. Due to the high volume of orders, and 100% success rate, we do not always confirm delivery of each and every order via email. However, we will contact you if we have faced some difficulty with your order.

Sunday Delivery
Same day delivery on Saturday is availabe on orders place by 10 a.m. in the recipient's time zone.
Sunday deliveries available in some areas for orders placed by 10 a.m. in the recipeint's time zone.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not guarantee and not avalaible in some areas.
Due to florist availability, Sunday delivery can not be guaranteed to delivered on time.
Military Flower Delivery
All flower orders for military dependents require the recipient's name, rank, unit, recipients phone number, and physical address on base, including the building number.
Orders going to APO and FPO addresses are sent to the appropriate military mail location and delivered by the military mail service. As a result, guaranteed delivery dates and confirmations are not availabe for these orders.
Orders can not be accepted for delivery to PSC, or P.O. boxes because they are not physical delivery locations. Most P.O. addresses do have a local address of which you can enquire by telephone.

Holiday Flower Delivery Service
During the holidays deliveries will be made as late as 10 p.m. If your order is for a holiday gift, please allow more time and order in advance.
Business Flower Delivery Service
The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.
If business is close or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Hospital Delivery of Flowers
For hospitals Flower Delivery please make sure to include the name of the recipient, hospital and room number or ward. If you don't know the room number, don't worry we always double check. Your gifts will be delivered to the nurses' floor station.
Residential Delivery Flowers Service
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day depending on the location of delivery.
The recipient may be called to schefule delivery.
Funerals Floral Delivery Service
Flower Orders for funeral occasion are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know, so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.
High School Floral Delivery Service
Orders for teachers and administrative staff are not a problem.
High Schools do not always accept deliveries for students. We will take your flower order for a student but can not guarantee the outcome. Some schools allow flower deliveries for students, and some do not.
If you are uncertain, please call the school in advance to check their student (flower) delivery policy.
Florists Attempts Delivery and Recipient is not at Home
