Do you deliver internationally?

When arranging for worldwide delivery of flowers, allow at least 2 full business days for guaranteed delivery. Many orders can be delivered next day if your order is placed with us by 1pm Pacific Time. However, next-day delivery for worldwide locations is not guaranteed.

If your order is for a holiday gift, please allow more time and order in advance.

In order to insure delivery, we will call recipient by phone to set up a time for delivery and to verify the address. If the recipient can not receive flowers in person, we will ask the recipient to arrange a location for us to leave flowers and other delivered items.

Do you deliver flowers same day?

In order to insure delivery, we will call the recipient by phone to set up a time for delivery and verify the address. We will leave items only if recipient or sender gives permission.

How can I get delivery confirmation?

Delivery confirmation are normaly available the day after delivery. Due to the high volume of orders, and nearly 100% success rate, we do not always confirm delivery of each and every order via email. However, we will contact you if we have faced some difficulty with your order.

Same Day Local Floral Delivery Service

guarantees FREE same-day delivery on our internet products, anywhere in Greater Vancouver, BC Canada and Lower Mainland, provided that the recipient is available to receive the flowers that day or we can arrange with him/her where to leave them.

Do you deliver to Military Bases?

We do. All flower orders for military dependents require the recipient's name, rank, unit, recipients phone number, and physical address on base, including the building number.

Orders going to APO and FPO addresses are sent to the appropriate military mail location and delivered by the military mail service. As a result, guaranteed delivery dates and confirmations are not availabe for these orders.

Orders can not be accepted for delivery to PSC, or P.O. boxes because they are not physical delivery locations. Most P.O. addresses do have a local address of which you can enquire by telephone.

Do you deliver on a Holiday Season?

Yes. During the holidays deliveries will be made as late as 10 p.m. If your order is for a holiday gift, please allow more time and order in advance.

Do you deliver arrangements to Business location?

Yes. The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.

If you are sending to a business location, and the business is closed or not accepring deliveries, then delivery will be attempted on the next business day.

Do you deliver flowers to Hospitals?

Yes. For hospitals Flower Delivery please make sure to include the name of the recipient, hospital and room number of ward.If you don't know the room number, don't worry we always check. Your gifts will be delivered to the floor nurses's station.

Do you deliver bouquets of flowers to Residential addresses?

Yes. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. He/she will only do so in case is safe. Most of the time, in these circumstances, the recipient is called by phone in order for us to get an explicit permission to leave the flowers by the door or another arranged location.

Do you deliver funeral wreathes, sprays, crosses to Funeral Homes?

Yes. Flower Orders for funeral occasion are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know, so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.

Do you deliver flowers, roses, arrangements to High Schools?

Orders for teachers and administrative staff are not a problem.

High Schools do not always accept deliveries for students. We will take your flower order for a student but can not guarantee the outcome. Some schools allow flower deliveries for students, and some do not.

If you are uncertain, please call the school in advance to check their student (flower) delivery policy.

What if florist attempts delivery but recipient is not at home?

In order to insure delivery, We will call recipient by phone to set up a time for delivery and verify the address. We will leave items only if recipient or sender give permission.

We require recipient phone number on every order.

We will do everything possible to accomodate a delivery time you have requested. However we can not guarantee a time of delivery.

Why flowers didn't come exactly as shown ? (Substitution Policy)

You AGREE to the following terms and conditions regarding your order:
The picture given on our web site is only indicative of the product being delivered. The product being delivered may not look exactly as shown. This is because some flowers may not be available in your delivery area and in this case our network of florists may substitute these flowers, vases, containers with others that are as close as possible to the original selection. The delivering outlet may substitute, without notice to you, flowers, containers or accessories. This is acceptable to you.

Why my order arrived late ?

There are several reasons that that can happen.
Weather Conditions
We are not responsible for delays in delivery of florist delivered or shipped products caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God. In such cases we can not reinburse delviery fees on such orders.
Business is closed
Most businesses are closed on Saturday and Sunday and in this case we deliver on Monday.
Recipient was not home
If the recipient is not home, we call the recipient to arrange a way for us to deliver flowers to them. Sometimes, when it is safe to do so, and the recipient agrees, we can leave the flowers near the front door, or another agreed upon location. Other times, we need to reschedule delivery for another day, with the recipient. If we can not get a hold of the recipient, we will call you.

How will I know if I filled in the order form correctly ?

If there are any problems, you will be contacted via e-mail or with personal telephone call to clarify order information.

How can I find certain kinds of flowers ?

Please use the flower Products and Occasion sections of our menu to identify the category into which flowers selected by you fall.
